Shipping terms
The default (and the most common) international shipping term is FOB (Free on Board) Shenzhen or FOB Hong Kong, China.
Shipping method
Selections for shipment worldwide:
International Express Service(UPS / TNT / DHL / FedEx) You can expect to receive your parcels in 2-5 working days.
Postal Service(EMS) You can expect to receive your parcels in 3-6 working days. Regular Air Service You can expect to receive your parcels in 3-7 working days.
Ocean Service You can expect to receive your parcels in 1-2 months.
Flexible Service You can arrange your forwarder to collect the goods from us.
For hard-to-reach destinations, the shipping transit time may be longer.
Delivery time The Total Delivery Time = Production Time + Shipping Transit Time
The production time varies based on the quantity ordered, the stock availability, and the factory production capacity. Normally it is around 3-7 days. The shipping transit time please kindly refer as above, thank you.

Shipping handle 1. Gross shipping weight is calculated based on the actual measured weight or dimensional (volumetric) weight, whichever is larger. The volumetric weight of a shipment is calculated by Length x Width x Height in centimeter (cm) of all cartons comb.
2. International express couriers (UPS, FedEx, and DHL, TNT) and Post office express (EMS) do not have a minimum gross shipping weight per shipment. Air shipment needs reach to 45kg gross shipping weight per shipment. Sea shipment is much larger depends on status.
3. For any damaged packages or wrong shipment, if the courier causes the error, we will work with it to recover the shipment or resend replacement after the insurance claim is confirmed and lost compensated. If we cause the error, we will try to recover the lost shipment as soon as possible.
