Product quality is our top priority. Unless otherwise specified, we offer a 12-month warranty against defects for all our laptop battery packs, adapters and mouse series while 6 months warranty for other accessories from the date of original purchase by the initial recipients under normal use, regardless if the initial recipient is an end user or a reseller.

Please follow the following steps to return goods:

Get the RMA Number

1.    Please download RMA Request Form, buyers need to fill out the company and product data in RMA request form (includes company name, address, phone and fax number, e-mail address, product number and the description for each faulted product), then e-mail back to Kumcorp.com.

2.  A RMA number will be provided to buyers immediately after RMA Form has been verified.

3.  Please do not send the faulted product before you get the RMA number. Please kindly ensure that returned items are the ones that you purchased from us.

 

Package and Delivery

1.  Please kindly ensure the faulted products have been packed well to avoid from damage in the delivery process before sending back. In order to less the accident, please kindly choose the delivery company that has more responsibility or which can provide the guarantee.

2.  Please kindly sign the RMA number on the obviously position of the outside packages before sending back.

3.    Please kindly inform us the delivery date, amount and tracking number while sending.

 

Test for Faulted Product

1.    All products returned back by the description of RMA List will be carefully test by our engineers. If there are no problems with products, necessary test and delivery charges will be needed.

2.    A replacement or refund will be arranged to buyers for all defective products returned if the breakdown situation same like the description of RMA request form.

3.    If the breakdown situation different from the description of RMA request form, or another damage from delivery process, we will contact with customer to make sure the condition.

4.    All testing will finish in 7 days after returned goods received.

 

Charges

For significantly not as described items, we will refund buyers reasonable shipping cost for returning items. For defective products, buyers are responsible for the return shipping cost, and the delivery charge to send to customer will take by Kumcorp.com.

If the warranty expires or products are misused, it will be declared void.
